EXECUTIVE BOARD
the founder of the Enterprise appoints and dismisses members of the Executive Board, who are experts and professional in the field of the core business of the Public Enterprise considering the representation of all nationalities.
The mandate of the members of the Executive Board is 4 (four) years. The Executive Board should number at least 5 (five) members and at most 15 (fifteen) members.
The Executive Board of the Public Enterprise has the authority to take the necessary measures to gain the aims of the Enterprise, prone to the Law.
SUPERVISORY BOARD FOR FINANCIAL WORK CONTROL
The Supervisory Board controls the financial work in the Enterprise and the members are appointed and dismissed by the City Council with a Decision for appointing i.e. dismissing members.
